Bikram Yoga is therapeutic series of 26 asanas (postures) and 2 breathing techniques in a heated room.The sequence is designed to provide challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience.

During 90 min you will work every muscle,tendon,ligament,joint and internal organ in the entire body,giving you incredible sense of wellbeing and balance.

Class is suitable for all levels.

Why Heat? 

Yoga changes the construction of the body, inside out, from bones to the skin, fingertips to toes.

Before you change it, you have to heat it up to soften in because a warm body is flexible body.  Then you can reshape the body anyway you want.

Hatha Yoga flushes away the waste products and the toxins of all the glands and organs of your body.

It provides a natural irrigation of the body through circulation system.

Our Heating System

Infrared heating panels

We use radiant heat to warm up our students.Far infrared heat is gentle heat that allows the body to warm up from inside.

Similar to the rays of the Sun, radiant heat warms the objects around you rather then air, this creates more evenly distributed heat. The infrared heat promotes a healthier environment by avoiding blowing hot air, dust or allergens around the room.

Far infrared heating helping eliminate toxins and especially effective in ridding your body of heavy metals.

Boosting immune system.

It's suitable for those with respiratory problems who find it uncomfortable even risky to go to other yoga classes.
